Amyliz Finisher is a fungal amylase used at the end of fermentation, allowing the desired attenuation of a beer to be achieved.
After 5 to 6 days of fermentation, Amyliz Finisher can be added to hydrolyze residual starch and dextrins, producing additional fermentable sugars and thus achieving the desired residual attenuation.

• Dose: 1 to 5 g/hL
• The dosage should be adjusted according to the remaining attenuation
to be achieved and the fermentation temperature.
• Optimal pH: 5 - 6.5
